Karen specializes in residential sales including single family homes, condominiums, multi-family properties, buyer agency and corporate relocation (instate and out of state moves). She services the greater Portsmouth area and Seacoast towns including Southern Maine. Her experience has led her to become an agent that puts her clients needs first, a competitor in narrow markets, a top notch negotiator and above all else, a solution specialist. Karen’s professionalism, attention to detail and constant communication with her clients are the key components to her success. Karen is a New Hampshire native that grew up in North Hampton and now enjoys living in Portsmouth. She graduated from Florida State University where she earned a BS in Business Administration with a major in Hospitality Administration. After working in the restaurant business in downtown Portsmouth, Karen acquired her real estate license and has enjoyed a successful career in the real estate industry for over 20 years.

Before joining the Bean Group, Karen started her real estate career in 1989 with Ringer and Sypher’s Realty in Portsmouth. She later joined work forces with Joycelyn Caulfield, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX Coast to Coast. During her time with the Caulfield Agency, Karen was named Top Producer in Sales Units and Volume. At RE/MAX Coast to Coast she was awarded membership in the RE/MAX International Platinum Club, and was named #1 in Gross Sales, as well as gaining entry to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.

When Karen is not working, she enjoys golf with her husband Don and her daughter Kortney, or might be found downhill skiing during the winter months.
